The PPR Ball Valve with Double Union and Red Lever Handle is a serviceable inline ball valve with detachable union connections on both sides allowing the valve to be completely removed from the pipeline for replacement or servicing without cutting the pipe. The brass ball mechanism provides reliable quarter-turn flow control while the double union design means the valve body can be disconnected from both sides independently making it the
preferred specification for pump connections, equipment isolation points, and critical service valves in MEP systems where future valve replacement must be planned for. The red metal lever handle provides clear visual identification and high-strength operation.

Install double union ball valves at every pump inlet and outlet during initial system installation the ability to remove and replace the valve without pipe cutting saves significant time and cost during future maintenance or pump replacement.
Always check both union nut O-rings when reassembling after valve removal worn O-rings cause leaks at the union points under working pressure and should be replaced before reinstalling.
