The PPR End Cap is a heat fusion pipe fitting used to permanently seal the open end of a PPR pipe terminating a pipeline or closing off an unused branch during pressure testing or final installation. The female socket end fusion welds directly onto the PPR pipe end for a permanent, leak-free termination point that requires no maintenance. Widely used in building plumbing and MEP water supply systems wherever a pipeline needs to be cleanly terminated or temporarily capped during construction. Compatible with PN16 and PN20 PPR pipes. Always pressure test the full PPR system before permanently welding end caps on final termination points once welded the cap cannot be removed without cutting the pipe.
Use end caps to close unused branch outlets during construction phasing they provide a clean, pressure-rated seal while the
branch connection point is not yet in use.
