The PPR Female Tee Brass is a three-way transition fitting combining two PPR heat fusion sockets on the run ends with a brass female BSP threaded insert on the branch outlet allowing a PPR pipeline to branch while simultaneously providing a threaded connection point for a male-threaded metal valve, tap, or fixture at the same junction.
The brass female insert on the branch provides superior thread strength for connecting to metal components eliminating the need for a separate tee and adaptor fitting at branch transition points. Widely used in MEP water distribution systems where branch outlets

Do not overtighten hand-tighten plus quarter turn only.

Orient the brass female branch outlet in the correct direction before welding the run ends once the run joints set the branch position is fixed and cannot be rotated.
Always apply PTFE thread tape to the male component before connecting to the brass female branch insert essential for a leak-free seal under working water pressure.
