PPR Wallplate Elbow Female Brass Green Qatar
The PPR Wallplate Elbow Female Brass is a wall-mounted transition elbow fitting combining a PPR heat fusion socket on the top inlet with a brass female BSP threaded outlet on the side, plus an integrated wall fixing plate for direct screw-mounting to wall
surfaces. The fitting is installed during the roughing-in stage the PPR pipe from the wall cavity heat fusion welds into the top socket, the fitting body screws flat against the wall surface, and the brass female thread remains exposed at the wall face for connecting taps, shower fittings, and sanitary fixtures during final fit-out. The integrated wall plate eliminates the need for separate pipe clips or backing plates at wall outlet points.

Screw wall plate firmly to wall surface before welding pipe.
Apply PTFE tape to male fixture thread before connecting to brass outlet.

Fix the wall plate to the wall surface first before welding the
PPR pipe into the top socket this locks the fitting position
and prevents movement during the fusion welding process.
Leave the brass female thread protected with a temporary plug during tiling works this prevents mortar and grout from entering the thread and damaging it before fixture connection.
